About Us

About-Us-Body-1B-New

Founded in 2015, the United States Small Business Owners Association (USSBOA) is an organization based in Indiana that focuses on providing independent gas station and convenience store owner-operators with collaborative benefits, innovative resources, and unique services. USSBOA was formed to create a community of like-minded entrepreneurs who support and drive the growth and success of these small businesses.

USSBOA works tirelessly to improve opportunities for its members. We seek to empower both new and experienced entrepreneurs through collaboration, education, and advocacy. USSBOA keeps small business owners at the forefront of an ever-evolving, competitive business landscape with new tools and partnerships to help them succeed, both today and in the future.

As government and regulatory agencies make decisions that directly affect the livelihoods of our members, USSBOA ensures those decisions reflect the best interests of small businesses, instead of just large corporations and retailers. USSBOA provides a unified voice for independent business owners and advocates their rights to run and grow their operations.

Single-store operators are the foundation of the convenience retail industry, operating more than 60% of all convenience stores. USSBOA harnesses the diversity among our members to promote an industry culture of inclusion and acceptance. When we work together, our businesses flourish, we sustain the communities we serve, and we cultivate the next generation of industry professionals.
